Plenty of restaurants claim authentic food. Our authenticity goes back to Ruby’s kitchen, where she sold homemade tacos inspired by her Guerrero, Mexico heritage.
After the whole neighborhood showed up at her door, Ruby decided to start a restaurant.
Today, we serve Ruby’s tacos, enchiladas, and other authentic dishes at five locations across East Texas.
